Corporate experience enables me to understand clients’ challenges.

I’m a Leadership Coach with real world experience from previous senior corporate roles, as well as over a decade’s experience of guiding and supporting many business leaders and their teams. 


I specialise in brain-based coaching, an approach that is underpinned by the principles of neuroscience - how the brain influences personal and professional performance.   This provides a different perspective on understanding both personal and professional performance, which can then lead to changes in behaviours and team dynamics.


I am passionate about what I do.  I strongly believe that to be of most value to my clients, I need to be at the cutting edge of personal development, leadership and team coaching. 


I am on a constant quest to learn and have several academic qualifications and accreditations which enable me to bring the latest and best developments to my work.


I hold a Masters in the psychology of executive coaching from UCD, a diploma in brain-based coaching from the Neuroleadership Institute and a Marshall Goldsmith coaching certification, which is proven globally to improve leadership effectiveness.



I spent 18 years in the corporate world, more specifically in financial services where I managed teams, launched new products and services, and had line responsibilities for marketing, stakeholder engagement, product development and other areas.  I then decided I wanted to work for myself and was drawn to the discipline I had found fascinating at college – psychology.


So, with a few certificates and then qualifications under my belt, I began to build my practice as a Leadership Coach.  My corporate  experience has helped me better understand the challenges clients bring because for the most part I have experienced them myself.


My clients are typically in the C Suite and retain me for individual or team assignments.  My goal is to achieve tangible results through:

  • Designing and implementing strategies to energise top teams and enhance team performance

  • Providing one-on-one coaching to time-poor CEOs and other business leaders to embed new behaviours into their day-to-day lives

  • Growing female leadership talent through tailor-made developmental programmes and solutions to tackle the known barriers to female career advancement

  • Achieving peak performance among teams and individuals at times of organisational change or market uncertainty

  • Retaining and motivating valuable senior talent
